Dresses, blouses, tanks, adoption tees, shorts, skirts, denim, cardigans, necklaces, earrings, bags, scarves — pretty much all of the things are ready to go for my Shop My Closet fundraiser for a Nigerian-American family adopting two waiting girls from their home country.
Items from: Banana Republic, Gap, Elegantees, Forever 21, Old Navy, Target, and various boutique brands.
Prices: Nothing is over $10!
When: This Monday, June 9 at 7 p.m. CST.
Where: Some items will be posted on my Instagram account and all items (about 75 pieces) will be posted in a Facebook album sale. (So, make sure you like Many Sparrows on Facebook!)
Details: Everything is in great condition — clean and from a non-smoking home. If I’ve found any tiny marks or holes, it is noted in the description. Items will be nonrefundable and shipping is $4, but you can combine shipping if you purchase multiple items. Items are priced to sell so we can help this family with adoption fees in a timely manner. First to comment with their PayPal e-mail address and zipc will win the item. (Feel free to comment to be in line in case payment doesn’t go through!) I’ll send invoices within 24 hours.
Giveaway: Want to win this pretty, hand-strung Cupid seed bead necklace? It was made by artisans in Haiti who make a living wage for their work. My sweet friend Debbie donated this new, limited edition Vibella Jewelry necklace valued at $33. It can be knotted or worn long. There are nine strands of tiny beads and look great over a simple summer dress. (Hey, oh, date night!) Enter to win below!
Beautiful necklace! I would pair it with a fun summer dress or tank and cutoffs.
Great idea for a great cause!
Anywhere! So beautiful! I have some teal shorts that would contrast great! Plus I loooove Haiti! Forever has my heart.
I would wear it to work and for fun.
