I know so many fierce women who are holding it down at the office, at home, and in their communities. Can I just say, GET IT, GIRL.
You ladies know who you are. You’re the unsung heroes who make everything work. You’re the first one awake and the last one to sleep. You’re creative and messy and organized and you get stuff done. You deserve all the applauds and all the first-bumps. I see you, sister.
You know what I forget to do sometimes?
I forget to live free and have fun.
Which is a total bummer, because I really like gettin’ my dance on in the living room to T-Swift.
Can we give each other permission to live free and have fun?
Let’s go thrifting (here’s $10 to spend on some online thrifting, heyyyy!) or attempt a crazy Pinterest craft. Let’s build a pile of leaves and jump in it. Let’s revel in a extra cup of coffee and play an intense game of duck-duck-goose with our kids.
Let’s get weird and embrace the quirks and let’s be women who are free to have a little fun.

This part of 31 daily posts of living free. Living freely is something we do momentarily, but to fully live free? That’s a transformation — a total change not only in what we’re like, but in who we are. You can find all the 31 Days of Living Free posts here.
Yes! I forget to have fun far to often! After spending a FUN week in SoCal earlier this month, I resolved to bring that fun home with me. Thanks for the reminder!
It’s so easy for mommy guilt to creep in (or even good old-fashioned Christian guilt). It is for freedom that Christ has set us free! So glad you had a fun time in SoCal!
